Since 1982, ACE has developed a wide range of machinery and sensors with the purpose of producing Armature of D.C. motors. Throughout the years, we used our own technology for winding, balancing, testing, fusing and powder coating. In this field, we hold tens of patents and are under patent application for a lot of other technology.
ACE started to develop and supply Balancing M/C, Coil surge scope in 1982, Fusing M/C, Life Test M/C in 1983, Winding M/C and Magnetizer in 1982, Load sensor in 1985, Torque Meter in 1986, ACELON(Ace Microprocessor Control System) in 1987, Insulator / Wedge insert M/C in 1992, Commutator Insert M/C and Conveyor System in 1993, Turning M/C, Armature Test System and Powder Coating M/C in 1994, Function Test System for eletric motor in 1996, and Boxing M/C in 1997.
From several years ago, ACE could apply our know-how to any kind of Armature Assembly line with the highest efficiency and has enjoyed a reputation for qualify machinery from all of our clients.
